These terms cover your use of this website and any wedding you book with us. They work alongside our Booking, Weather & Refund Policy and your written confirmation, which together form our agreement with you.
A wedding is booked when you pay a deposit and receive a written confirmation. That confirmation, these Terms, and our Booking, Weather & Refund Policy together form the agreement between you and Get Beach Wedding. If they ever conflict, your written confirmation controls for the specifics of your day.
Deposits, balances and refunds are governed by our Booking, Weather & Refund Policy. Card payments are processed by our third-party payment provider; by paying, you agree to their processing of your payment. Prices in the Wedding Designer are estimates until confirmed by your coordinator.
You agree to give us accurate information, obtain your marriage licence, arrive on time, and ensure you and your guests follow beach rules and lawful instructions from our team and local authorities. You're responsible for your own and your guests' belongings and conduct.
We provide the services listed in your confirmation with reasonable skill and care. We may substitute suppliers, flowers or elements of comparable quality where necessary, and may adjust the day for safety. Dates are subject to permits as described in our Policy.
This website, its text, images and designs are owned by Get Beach Wedding and may not be copied or reused without permission. Photographs of your wedding are yours; image use is covered in our Policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or anything that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for your wedding, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, third-party suppliers you engage directly, or events beyond our reasonable control.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute is subject to the courts of Florida.
We may update these Terms and our Policy from time to time; the version in force when you book applies to your wedding. Material changes will be posted on this page.
