Every wedding is fully inclusive: a professional photographer and videographer (always — never optional), fresh seasonal flowers, a dedicated coordinator, the beach permit, the officiant and full ceremony styling. You start from a base of $5,075 and design up with any add-ons you like.
No — and we say that with a smile. We're an exclusive studio, not a budget one. Professional photography and videography are part of every single wedding; they're how we make sure the day is captured properly, so they're never removed to cut the price.
Always. Fresh, seasonal blooms are at the heart of what we do — never artificial. It's the single biggest difference you'll see and feel on the day.
We handle the beach permit for you, start to finish. The marriage licence is a separate legal document that, in most cases, the couple obtains themselves — but your coordinator guides you through exactly how, when and where, so it's never confusing or left to chance.
From an elopement for two to a larger celebration — you set the guest count in the Wedding Designer and everything scales with it. Additional seating is simply added on.
Absolutely — many of our couples fly in from Europe and beyond. Our team works closely with you to arrange flights and accommodation and to time the day around your trip, so planning from abroad feels effortless. You'll have one point of contact from your first message to the last dance.

Florida's Gulf Coast is sunny most of the year, and a passing shower rarely stops a beach ceremony — the storms here tend to move through quickly. As your day approaches your coordinator stays in close, constant touch about the forecast. If the weather turns genuinely unsafe, we'll move your ceremony to a safe time the same day, or reschedule to another date at no penalty — weather reschedules are always free, and your deposit and payments carry over in full. In the case of a hurricane or major storm we will do everything we can to reschedule to a date that suits you. We will never ask you to stand in unsafe conditions, and we never charge extra because of the weather.
Your date is reserved for you the moment your deposit is in, and you go to the top of our list. Because the beach itself is public, the final ceremony date depends on the city or county permit for that spot. We begin filing that permit within hours of your deposit. In the rare case the permit cannot be granted for your exact date, you choose: a full refund of your deposit, or we move you to the nearest available date at no cost. You never lose money over a permit.
Two simple rules. If we cannot secure your permit or date, your deposit is refunded in full — every cent. If you decide to cancel your wedding yourself, the deposit is non-refundable, because it reserves your date and starts the permit and planning work immediately. Everything you pay beyond the deposit is refundable up until the balance-due date (see below).
We'll always try, subject to our calendar, and we'll work with you to find a new date that fits. We ask for at least two weeks' notice for a reschedule request, and we can't move a wedding within the final week before the ceremony. Weather is the exception: if conditions are unsafe, we reschedule at no penalty whenever it's needed.
No — alcohol is not permitted on Florida's public beaches, so we and our couples follow that rule and all posted beach ordinances. Toasts and celebrations with alcohol are arranged at a permitted venue or reception space rather than on the sand.
You pay a deposit to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your ceremony. Payments are made securely online by card. Prices shown in the Wedding Designer are an estimate of your build; your coordinator confirms the final figure with you before the balance is due — there are no surprise charges.
